*Ordering*
 
All stock is sent directly to me from Ann Summers Whytleafe warehouse.  I have one main delivery day once a week on a Monday.  To succeed for this delivery day all stock must be ordered and paid for before 10am Thursday.
 
 
*Special Requests*
 
If you need an item urgently please contact me  and I'll do my very best to help you. Not all items are listed.
 
 
*Delivery*
 
As soon as I receive delivery (Monday) all stock is sent out the same day.
 
Please note I will not be responsible for any items that go missing through the royal mail.  I always gain a proof of postage certificate and will do my best to help you should any items go missing.
 
 
*Returns*
 
Goods may be returned for an exchange only if returned with tags still attached, hygiene labels intact and in the condition you received them.  This offer is valid for 14 days from the day of purchase.  Buyer to pay all postage costs of which are non refundable.  Seller is not responsible for any items lost by the royal mail.  A proof of postage certificate is always obtained when posting.
